What greater sacrifice is there

     for a mother,

Than to be thousand miles away

     from her daughters…

But there’s nothing I won’t

     be able to endure,

If only to give you both

    a brighter future…

All I ask is for your patience

   and forgiveness,

For not being there to give you

     my warm kisses…

During those times that you are

either sick or sad,

My sweet little girls,

I do feel so very bad….

Though I can’t give my warm

     embrace to both of you,

You’re both my greatest love

     and my sweet angels, too.

There’s only one thing I’d like

     you to keep in mind,

May you remain to be always

sweet and so kind…

And wherever I may be,

     you are the most precious things

that ever happened to me!!!
